I'm a certified CanfitPro Personal Trainer. My extensive sporting backgrounds are in Mixed Martial Arts and marathon running. I started my career with the Canadian Armed Forces, and for the last 20 years, my experience has allowed me to offer the best to my clients.

I absolutely love fitness and helping people reach the top of the mountain.

I'm thrilled to share my passion for fitness with you through Invincible Fitness. Combining my extensive expertise with my advanced level of MMA training, I've developed a unique approach to fitness that aims to make MMA accessible to everyday people like you.


My mission is to open the doors to MMA as a transformative fitness tool, going beyond combat to emphasize its broader benefits.
