Currently offered at the West Island YMCA TeenZone Every Friday at 6pm (free of charge)

The program is to promote physical activity and enable teenagers 12 to 17, to channel their energy, competitiveness and aggression, in a socially beneficial way. The organized physical activity helps teens grow, giving them a sense of achievement.
